An opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a growing Private Client Team within a well established and highly regarded multi service law firm based in Coventry with the occasional commute to the Birmingham office.

The role:

You will be responsible for managing your own full and varied caseload of Private Client matters including probate, wills, trusts, LPA's estate planning, court protection and other areas of wills and probate work.

My client has an existing work load however the successful candidate must also be comfortable generating own work.

Candidates must be commercially focused, with excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a flair for negotiation and relationship building, and be comfortable in providing independent advice.

There may be supervisory/mentoring aspects to the role with junior members of staff.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Must be a Qualified solicitor or CILEX of atleast 5+ years PQE (candidates with less experience may still be considered)
• Extensive experience dealing with a range of Wills and Probate/Private Client matters

Preferred:

• STEP qualification would be highly desirable
• Managerial or supervisory experience would be highly advantageous
