An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hardworking Conveyancing Assistant to join a successful Conveyancing Team. My Client is well established and highly regarded law firm that provides a range of legal services to both its private and commercial clients.
The role will involve assisting my clients busy Conveyancing team with all aspects of both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing transactions, it is essential that you have experience assisting on Residential property matters.

Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- At least 24 months experience within a similar role
- Proven technical knowledge of Conveyancing procedures
- Must have experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing transactions
- Experience with audio-typing
- High level of telephone and time management skills

- Confident and outgoing
- Practical, solution-focused approach
- Commercial awareness
