A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Legal Recruiting and Professional Development Coordinator to join the London Office on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include acting as the key point of contact both internally and externally for all graduate recruitment and development queries, assist with all aspects of employer branding including review and updates of all promotional materials, publications and advertising, coordinate and attend the annual milk round at universities and provide support and assistance on other profile raising events targeted at university students, such as practice specific presentations and skills sessions on campus, using relevant tools, assist with preparation of metrics, preparation for the coordination of the summer scheme and insight day programs and recruitment process for all training contracts including screening CVs, arranging interviews.  Other duties include coordinating onboarding and leaver processes for summer scheme students including all paperwork and pre-employment checks, coordinate the trainee induction program.  Lateral recruitment responsibilities include supporting the manager with booking interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies, maintain the tracking of all candidates using the firms recruitment software, support the training principal and manager with the Trainee Solicitor seat rotation process ensuring mid and end of seat evaluations are completed, track all current and future trainee training from the GDL to qualification, assisting with team with the qualification process including submitting SRA paperwork and checks, assist with initiative, projects and systems to further Associate retention and promotion, support the coordination of the office Lawyer mentoring program.  Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months Graduate Recruitment experience, preferably within a Law Firm, as well as having excellent written and communication skills and a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
