An opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor has arisen with a leading global law firm to join their growing Real Estate Finance team based in Birmingham. About the role

The national Real Estate Finance team is highly regarded in directories and advise on a broad range of issues including advising lenders and borrowers (including funds, property investment and development companies, clearing banks, overseas banks and direct lenders) on domestic and overseas financings, re-financings, restructurings and loan acquisitions in the context of a broad range of real estate based transactions including acquisitions, primary and secondary investments and property developments.

About you

The team are looking to grow their offering therefore the Real Estate Finance Solicitor will be a UK qualified lawyer with 0-3 years post qualification experience but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.

You will enjoy black letter law and will be able to demonstrate exceptional technical skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, a high degree of initiative along with the ability to provide a first rate client service both internally and externally. Experience of supervision of junior fee earners is desirable.
