Family Solicitor 3-10 year's PQE
Are you a Family Solicitor looking for a new challenge within Stockton that offers plenty of scope for progression?
You will be joining a leading Yorkshire general practice law firm that is looking to grow its Family Team to meet the increasing workload coming in to the firm. You will be based at the firms Stockton office but often will travel to one of the firms other 10 offices strategically placed across the North East & Yorkshire in effort to expand and develop new areas.
You will be responsible for providing legal advice, managing a caseload in all aspects of family work – Divorce, Financial Settlements, especially in high value cases, Private Children work, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Separation and Co-habitation etc. Resolution membership would be useful along with a qualification in Collaborative work.
The role is anticipated to be a full-time role but the firm also consider a candidate who could work part time, 3-4 days per week.
