Kennedys is looking for a Solicitor to join its London Aviation team to assist with insured defence claims. The communication on some of the claims is predominantly in French, so capable French is essential.  This is an ideal role for a defendant litigator capable in French with an interest in aviation.

Kennedys' aviation team is exclusively focused on providing legal solutions to the aviation sector. We have extensive experience in supporting, advising and representing the global aviation industry. The majority of the work is insured defence work, along with consumer litigation work on behalf of airlines, including defending claims by litigants in person. Based in London, Brussels, Singapore and Dubai, our dynamic team of over 40 specialist lawyers have worked in private practice and in-house across the aviation industry. 


Experience

Essential:

2-4 years* litigation experience, to include defendant personal injury experience.
Capable written and spoken French. 

Desirable:

Keen interest in aviation law.
Aviation litigation experience.
Experience of international litigation preferred.
To have had previous client contact and attendance at business development events.
