LITIGATION LAWYER

Our client is a leader in the field of Commercial Litigation & Insolvency. The firm, based in Leeds, would like to meet Legal Executives and Paralegals (up to £36,000) who have skills related to Litigation resulting from the aftermath of insolvency and liquidation proceedings and keen to broaden their knowledge in this challenging field.

You will work closely with senior colleagues on a wide range of matters which will include:

• Property
• Debt recovery
• Preferential claims
• Fraudulent trading
• Companies house challenges
• Intellectual property rights

Naturally, our clients understand that few individuals will cover everything, but a sound grasp of a number of these areas will certainly put you in a good position for interview.

Salary: £25,000 - £36,000 + benefits
