Due to a positive re-structuring, a role has been created for a partnership secretary or practice manager to take over a number of key roles and assist the partners implement their new strategy. You will be responsible for general office administration, staff appraisals, quality and compliance and overseeing the financial and accounts functions.
The role would suit a self-starter who can use their own initiative to deliver positive results. There will be no micro-managing here, the partners realise their time is better spent on the legal work, allowing this person to concentrate on running and improving the mechanics of the business.
