Legal Cashier

This West End based International law firm is looking for an experienced legal accounts all rounder to join its London office on a maternity cover basis.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for posting and paying disbursements and expenses for UK and overseas offices, managing supplier payments, handling staff expenses, monthly bank reconciliations, and handling petty cash.

Successful candidates will have three years of directly relevant experience in an International law firm, excellent numeracy, and good communication skills. You must have a good working knowledge of Elite Enterprise ideally, however will also consider those with Aderant experience. Strong Excel and Word, whilst knowledge of AML, VAT and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules is preferable.

Candidates must be readily available to start mid/late March.
