Taylor Root is proud to be working with one of the UK's largest and most respected charities in their search for Legal Counsel to join them for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role will focus on IP and advertising issues and they require the candidate to have the following knowledge and experiences
- Excellent knowledge and extensive experience of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, design rights, performers' rights and moral rights; experience of contentious matters an advantage
- Experience of and an interest in marketing and advertising law desirable
- Significant contract and commercial law experience with excellent drafting skills with experience of drafting complex agreements
- Strong demonstrable knowledge of commercial law and best practice
The role will also support the Head of Legal in other areas relevant to the organisation.
