A small practice branch office of a multi branched firm in Newcastle are seeking a talented solicitor or legal executive to handle an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters. A mix of Sales and Purchase (freehold and leasehold), right to buy, remortgage, transfer of equity from instruction to post completion with the support of a secretary and up to date systems.
Should the successful candidate have experience of disciplines then this is something that the partners are willing to explore further with a view to expanding the client services.
