Our client is a high street practice who due to continued success are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join there practice.
On a day to day basis this role will consist of dealing with the sales and purchase from initiation to completion, managing a caseload of residential matters.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience handling their own case-load from start to finish, any experience dealing with a freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered titles is desirable.
Salary for this role is dependant upon experience.
