About the role

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join a market leading law firm in Altrincham with a highly regarded Commercial Property team who provide a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property with an enviable client base.

About the Real Estate Solicitor

Given the nature of the work, you will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with minimum of 2 years experience in commercial property matters gained at a reputable firm. Solicitors with high PQE will also be considered.

You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. Strong business development skills with experience in marketing in order to continue the development of this increasingly busy and expanding team is an advantage.
