Role: Property Finance Solicitor

I am currently looking for an experienced and highly organised Property Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded specialist Property law firm based in Essex.

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working on site with one of the firms banking clients. You will be responsible for managing your own work load of Residential and Commercial property transactions from start to finish.

Ideally you will have experience working for Banks or other Financial institutions in respect of commercial finance secured over Commercial and Residential real estate. Along with extensive transactional experience dealing with a range of Commercial and Residential Investment Property.

Candidates must be commercially focused, with excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a flair for negotiation and relationship building, and be comfortable in providing independent advice.

The role come with the added benefit of not having to deal with some of the more burdensome aspects of Private Practice. The firm also has a specialist post completions team that handle registration work.

Skills and experience required:

• Qualified solicitor of 2+ PQE
• Extensive experience dealing with a range of Residential and Commercial Property transactions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills
• Experience dealing with Property Development work would be highly desirable
• Further working knowledge of Company Law would be an advantage
