Legal Counsel

A leading Software company with over 40 years experience based in Berkshire are seeking a Lawyer for a period of 6 months with a potential to go permanent.

My client is a leader in trading and management technology and due to business demand are looking to expand their in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years post qualified experience* within a commercial environment. You will have proven ability to work under pressure and focus on the day to day business demands.

Key Areas of Responsibility

*Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts
*Negotiate and advise on commercial technology transactions
*Proactively identify legal matters within the business and initiate practical solutions
*Assist with special projects and other matters as needed

The successful candidate will have strong planning, organising and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously. This role will be office based with on-site parking available.
