In-House Paralegal

Commercial Paralegal required for a newly created role with a high profile public sector body based in central London. This role is on a 6 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent paying up to £30k.

Working in a small legal team you will be responsible for:

- drafting and reviewing contracts including terms and conditions, partnership agreements, NDAs

- updating contract templates

- supporting with company secretarial duties

- legal research and drafting advice

- general support in relation to IP, data protection, employment law and litigation

To be considered for this role you will be a law graduate with at least 2 years experience in a similar role with commercial responsibilities. You will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, good communication skills and the ability to work in a team based environment.
