A rapidly growing technology business in Cambridgeshire is currently seeking a Legal Counsel on a 12 - 15 month contract basis.
You will be responsible for commercial legal matters and act as sole legal counsel for the business.
Responsibilities include:
*Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts including distribution licensing and reseller agreements
*Maintain standard company agreements for software licensing to customers, professional services and non disclosures
*Liaise with the collaborative R & D team to review and negotiate collaboration agreements
*Advise and provide support on legal issues as appropriate
Candidate requirements
*You will have a minimum 5 years PQE*
*Experience in commercial, IP & data protection law
*Experience dealing with multiple jurisdictions
*You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
