Residential Conveyancer.
This established Legal 500 firm are growing through reputation and looking for an additional residential property legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join the team.
Here you will handle all manner of residential sales and purchases, mainly in the local Somerset area. Your caseload will also include advising on transfers of equity, shared ownership, help to buy schemes, help to buy ISAs, declarations of trust and remortgages.
As this firm are established you will benefit from existing relationships with local estate agents, and continue to cement these relationships in order to secure further business and referrals.

To apply for this role you will be a qualified legal executive, or licensed conveyancer, ideally with at least 2 years prior experience of handling residential property transactions.
