Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer

Our client is a global law firm with an excellent reputation and is highly ranked by the leading legal directories, with national and international clients.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen within the firm's highly regarded and collegial Construction team based in the northern Home Counties office for a non contentious construction lawyer to join a team acting for major developers and funders on major developments.

You will be responsible for the preparation of building contracts, consultants appointments, warranties and associated documents as well as advising funders, purchasers and tenants regarding contracts and appointments.

THE CANDIDATE:

To qualify you will have at least 3-4PQE of non-contentious construction experience and a proven track record in gained with a recognised regional or London firm with an established construction team.

You should also have experience of working on varied projects and be able to handle your own caseload and have an enthusiastic approach in maintaining and developing client relationships.
