THE ROLE

The firm is looking for an ambitious and proactive commercial property associate to join the group, who will have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of real estate matters.

The work will encompass a range of real estate including development, Landlord & Tenant, investment and management for a range of clients in the areas that they focus on.

The firm's Real Estate practice is a dynamic and exciting group with an extensive track record of having advised on some of the most high profile deals to have come to the market

Their international offices work closely together to facilitate cross border investments from their clients around the world.

The Real Estate group is recognised as a leader in undertaking work across the whole real estate sector.

Approximately half the real estate business comes from overseas investors. As inward investment from the US, Middle East and the Far East has grown significantly and the real estate market shifts, the practice has adapted to take advantage of this.

While competitors have shrunk their real estate practices, this team has grown in size and revenue year on year. and they now have one of the largest real estate teams, acting for high profile clients undertaking deals which require a full service offering, comprising real estate, construction, planning, corporate structuring and bespoke tax advice.

ABOUT YOU

Strong academic background

Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales

Training and practising experience with a well regarded commercial real estate practice

Good broad knowledge of real estate matters and market

Previous experience of real estate finance ideal but not essential

Active involvement in business development and experience of developing and maintaining client relationships

Ability to understand a client's business and deliver commercially-focussed advice

Ability to work both independently and in conjunction with partners

Ideally 3-5pqe
