Investment Management - Associate -City

An exceptional new role for a Funds/Investment Management Solicitor 2 -4 PQE.

THE ROLE

You will be expected to manage a varied workload advising select groups of institutional investors, funds, foundations and endowments.

As a member of an established unit you will be expected to take a lead role under appropriate supervision providing both commercial and legal advice on;

The structuring, formation and regulation of all types of investment funds for investment in all types of asset classes: including real estate, securities, debt, derivatives and other alternative financial instruments, large pension funds, private equity, energy and infrastructure investments.

As member of this team you will be given the opportunity to use your business development and networking skills and contribute to the ongoing success of the team, providing training and mentoring to junior associates.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate exceptionally strong technical skills a first rate academic background with previous funds/investment management experience.
