Residential and/or Commercial Property Solicitor - Crawley, Battle, Steyning, Worthing, Sussex or Dorking, Surrey

Are you a Residential and/or Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive with at least 2 years experience handling your own case load? If so, my client who is a well established regional firm specialising in Residential and Commercial Property would like to hear from you. They are currently inundated with new Residential and Commercial Property work and are looking for someone who can really hit the ground running taking responsibility for their own case load of Residential and/or Commercial Property matters.

The regional firm has an excellent reputation with private individual clients and SMEs. There are vacancies in the following locations: Crawley, Battle, Steyning, Worthing, Sussex or Dorking, Surrey

The firm is looking for someone who has aspirations to progress to Associate or Partnership level and there is a clear progression structure for promotion which can be achieved by achieving annual billing targets.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

* At least 2 years experience in Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property

* Excellent client service

Highly desireable:

* Business development experience

* A following of work
