BD / Marketing Executive

Start-up recruitment platform, which services the legal sector, seeks and ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development and Marketing professional.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in taking the business to the next level and will work hand-in-hand with the firm’s Managing Director to design and implement a highly effective BD & Marketing plan.

Your duties will include:

Business Development:

• Identifying and contacting potential customers using multiple channels, to build awareness of the platform and with a view to arranging initial meetings/demonstrations;
• Attending initial meetings/demonstrations with the company’s MD;
• Maintaining a constant dialogue with customers to continually build brand awareness and to develop closer working relationships.

Marketing & Social Media:

• Working with the MD to research and create regular blogs aimed at candidates;
• Managing the company’s presence/output on social media;
• Building and managing an online community of Trainees and NQ Solicitors (nationwide).
