Contracts Specialist

We are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Contract Specialist.This position is primarily responsible for reviewing, marking-up or drafting, a wide variety of complex commercial agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, master services agreement, public sector framework agreements, master tax framework agreements, standard terms of engagement, licences, reseller agreements, contractor agreements, and local implementation agreements, whilst ensuring compliance with applicable policies.

Specific Duties:

Reviewing, marking up or drafting a wide variety of complex commercial agreements according to the applicable policies and strategies of Integreon’s client.

Ability to understand contractual terms and apply the guidance provided by Integreon’s client with respect to such terms when reviewing or marking up contracts.

Accurately reporting and collecting legal data as needed.

Previous experience:

At least 12 months’ contract drafting experience in relation to a variety of complex commercial contracts, alternatively, transferable experience (i.e. in Litigation) with substantial exposure on contractual terms.

Experience in recognising contractual legal risks

Qualification required:

 Law degree or GDL required. LPC preferred.

Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ACILEx), or

Institute of Paralegals, or

National Associations of Licensed Paralegals, or

Eligible to become a member of the organizations listed above.
