A brilliant and brand new opportunity has opened up at one of or leading US Law Firm clients to hire a Graduate Recruitment Administrator to assist the Coordinator in the London Office to assist with the hiring and development of future and existing trainees.  Should you be keen to get in to Graduate Recruitment or HR then this is the perfect opportunity as the client isn’t stating they need previous Grad Rec or HR experience more candidates that are willing, passionate and with strong administrative experience.  The role will initially be starting on a temporary basis with a view to moving into at least a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible with assisting on a number of recruitment duties including managing applications/CVs, responding to Graduate recruitment enquiries, help to organise Easter/summer vacation schemes, aid with training and social events and ensure feedback is received, organise interviews, organise and run open days, induction dinners and maintain trainee employee files.  Should applicants have any previous Graduate Recruitment/HR experience it would be liked however this is not essential.  Applicants will need to have previous administrative experience preferably from within a law firm, if not then professional services/Banking is essential.  Additionally candidates will need excellent communication skills with attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and have the gravitas to liaise with Partners and external clients and being degree educated will enhance any application.  Housed in stunning City offices with standard hours 9:30 – 17:30.
