Court of Protection Solicitor

Court of Protection / Community Care Lawyer is sought by this forward thinking and expanding North East  law firm who are looking for someone motivated and dynamic to work in their Court of Protection / Community Care team.

All levels of PQE will be considered for this role but you must have a proven track record of fee earning in this area of law and of client retention. Judicial Review experience is also essential for this appointment.

It would be an advantage if you had current Legal Aid Agency Supervisor status in Community Care Law but is not essential.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to undertake good quality work with the opportunity to grow and market a small yet busy department.
