Top offshore law firm is expanding and seeking General Corporate OR Banking & Finance OR Corporate Funds Associates to join their prestigious team in Guernsey, Channel Islands. Must be NQ-6 PQE.

  • Must have top academics i.e. minimum 2.1 LLB or equivalent from a top University
  • Must have trained at a top international/offshore/magic circle/silver circle/US law firm.
  • Essential that the Associate is working in a major financial centre.
  • Offshore experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ideal for onshore associates looking for a move offshore.
  • Must have either general corporate experience i.e M&A's or a specialism in corporate finance or banking or corporate funds.
