It is common place for their Solicitors to be called upon by the media such as Sky and the BBC for their opinion, interview and first comment due to their high level of expertise. They have the highest level of expertise for legal aid work and are now one of the largest firms in the country, although they have a growing private arm to the business which already has a reputation for dealing with high-quality work.

The role

The firm are currently looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join theirestablished property department.

The Property team is currently five strong; they deal with both Residential and Light Commercial Property. The department launched two years ago and is doing exceptionally well; the team has plans for further growth, so the role comes with good prospects. You will deal with a broad Residential Conveyancing caseload, but will also have the opportunity to deal with some commercial property work, if you haven't had experience in dealing with Commercial Property, this would be a good opportunity to receive excellent training.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years PQE
• Experience of dealing with Commercial Property would be to advantage but is defiantly not essential.
• You should have good experience of dealing with a Conveyancing caseload.
• You should have strong interpersonal skills and communicate well.
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
