Debt Recovery Paralegal- Newcastle

Are you an experienced debt recovery paralegal with at least 2 years’ experience working within a commercial recoveries setting?

If so, our client is one of the North East’s leading full-service practices that are looking to add to their stellar team in Newcastle city centre office.

You will have experience of dealing with a caseload of commercial debt recovery matters (those from a consumer background will also be considered). You will be familiar with dealing with both lender and other large financial organisation as clients and be able to offer advice on a mixed caseload of instructions up to £250k.

Ideally, you will have previously handled a caseload of litigated debt matters, the majority of which will be on the small claims level, so advocacy experience in the county court will be an advantage.
