A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an 1-4 year PQE Social Housing Solicitor to join a heavyweight regional law firm in Warwickshire. This role is rewarded with a very competitive salary and benefits package.

 

 

About the role

The firm's Social Housing team are highly rated by the Legal 500 and provide a complete range of legal and advisory services to social housing clients across a full spectrum of Commercial Property matters.

A real mixed bag of work will be provided in this growth role enabling either a current Social Housing Solicitor to broaden their experience or for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking to specialise in this niche area.

Workflows will include the following:

- Large scale portfolio matters including charging work to property finance
- Acting for registered providers on development acquisitions
- Stock rationalisations and regeneration projects
- Acquisitions and disposals

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' experience in Commercial Property, preferably acting for Housing Associations. The team are growing and therefore candidates with all levels of experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. Strong business development skills would be an advantage.
