The Department
The commercial property team operate across a diverse range of work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, investment and development work for a variety of clients.

The strength and depth of the team offers clients real specialisms in key areas. The team has seen a growing focus on work in the retail sector, with an increasingly national client base. Areas of support include development work, including site assembly, overage arrangements and extensive security lending experience in acting for lenders offering mezzanine finance in connection with commercial and residential development sites. 

The Role
Our client is currently recruiting a commercial property solicitor in the range of NQ to 4 years PQE to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious commercial property lawyer to join a leading firm in the Hertfordshire area. 

In this role, you will work with a variety of expert partners and senior lawyers on complex matters. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate technical experience in a variety of commercial property matters. This role suits an ambitious individual who is looking to join a reputable firm with a strong team culture and excellent career prospects.
