Our corporate department is the largest in the West Midlands and the South West England outside the major cities, offering both strength in numbers and depth of experience. Due to continuing growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Solicitor to join our team across the Worcester and Birmingham offices.

Reporting directly to the Head of Worcester Partner, you will gain invaluable experience working on a wide range of Corporate transactions. Our clients range from large multi-national companies and publicly listed companies to small family-run businesses and start-ups, all of whom are given the same level of commitment, experience and communication from the team. 

You’ll need to be 5 years post qualified, with solid Corporate or Commercial experience with strong academics, commitment to client care as well as strong business acumen, passion and drive to progress.
