A long standing, multi service law firm have an opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join them in their offices based in Staffordshire, on a full time, permanent basis. The company has a desirable reputation within the Midlands and offer a wide range of legal services to their clients.
The Role
The role will deal with a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including but not restricted to:
- Property disputes (both commercial and residential), contract disputes and contentious probate.
- Knowledge of regulatory work and agricultural work would be advantageous but not essential.
- Minimum of 3 years PQE
The desired candidate will be at least 3 years PQE, however, this has only been given as an approximate guide for applicants. Candidates with relevant knowledge will also be considered.
