Head of Property

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Property and Conveyancing to join a well-regarded multi discipline law firm based at their head offices on the Wirral. The firm offers a competitive salary and is conveniently located next to excellent motorway links.

The property department has undergone a period of growth and continues to do so. The firm therefore need an experienced individual to head up their Property and Conveyancing team going forward.

You will be responsible for providing a professional lead, legal training and supervision to the property department. You will take on a supervisory role for heads of departments and property fee earners and will be responsible for carrying out file reviews and appraisals as well as day to day supervision of the department.

You will also be responsible for ongoing property training across the department.

You will also be responsible for part managing your own case load of Conveyancing and Property matters.

You will be an excellent communicator and will have strong organisational skills. You will have excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail. You will be able to work individually with minimum supervision.

Salary is dependent on experience. This is a full time permanent position.
