The Role
An exciting opportunity is now available as a Property Solicitor in Central London. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors possessing 1 – 2 years’ PQE, who can demonstrate excellent client-care at all times. Undertaking a diverse caseload consisting of some aspects of commercial and residential property transactions, duties may include: landlord and tenant matters; development projects; lease drafting and renewals; acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties; liaising with clients and other professionals involved in property transactions; preparing contracts; acting for high-net worth clients and; submitting reviews and searches.
It is essential for the successful solicitor to handle an existing caseload under minimal supervision. You will be actively involved in business development and networking initiatives for the progress of the firm.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 1 – 2 years’ PQE.
Experience in both Commercial and Residential matters is essential.
Comfortable acting for high-net worth (HNW) clients.
Possess excellent client-care skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
You will be proactive and able to work under minimal supervision.
