Banking Paralegal at Top US Law Firm in the City £33,000 + OT

One of the leading US law firms in London, housed in stunning City offices, is looking to hire a new Banking Paralegal providing direct support to the attorneys by assisting them with transactional and advisory legal work including drafting ancillary document and signing, closing and post completion support, research, administrative support and preparing document bibles plus you will be asked to assist with departmental practice development with duties including maintaining databases of client contacts, maintaining on-going live document bibles for client and the assistance with collating billing financial information.  You will be asked to conduct research on legal developments or new areas relating to your practice group.  This firm look to hire the best paralegals on the market be it having very strong education, strong work experience (in this case ideally Banking/Bank Finance/Finance knowledge) with exposure to transactional work and applicants with gravitas be it already having a Training Contract lined up or a Trainee calibre candidate.  This role could include overtime however this can fluctuate dependent on the levels of work within the practice group.  Applicants need to have the LPC should they not have a Training Contract secured however strong Banking, Corporate, Finance or Company/Commercial experience is required.  Standard hours are 9:30 – 17:30.
