A position has arisen within the Cardiff office of a large and highly successful Top 50 law firm. 

This full-service firm has offices across the country, with a growing Cardiff office based in the heart of the City. Holding high rankings in the Legal 500 across several sectors, the firm's real estate department is no exception.

There is now an opportunity for you as a real estate solicitor to join the team during an exciting period of expansion. You will work with a range of impressive clients, including developers, investors, banks/funders and major corporate occupiers, and will benefit from high levels of autonomy. 

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:

• Fully qualified Real Estate Solicitor (ideally 2-5 years'+ PQE – however, my client will consider more or less than this PQE, so please do not let this put you off)
• Real estate experience gained at a leading City or regional firm
• Business development skills
• Top academics
