An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Paralegal to join a top commercial law firm in Ipswich.

The successful Litigation Paralegal can look forward to working as part of a close knit team of Paralegals, Legal Executives and Solicitors on high profile corporate claims. The team are very friendly and boast an enviable client list of household names across the FMCG, retail, professional services and utilities sectors.

What makes this role really interesting is that you will be working on reputation management and strategy for the client, as well as managing your own caseload of Corporate Claims through to settlement. Day to day you will be working on a caseload of claims for clients themselves, rather than the insurers, which gives another interesting angle!

The Corporate Claims team are experts in handling all types of claims including gas explosions, asbestos, noise induced hearing loss, aviation disasters, fatal accidents, chemical exposure and occupiers liability claims. The team is very successful, with a proven track record in winning new work and sold growth has resulted in a great opportunity for a new Paralegal. 

The ideal Paralegal will have prior Litigation experience. Personal Injury (RTA, EL/PL) experience would be extremely beneficial, but those with experience of working on other types of disputes are also welcome to apply.
