Graduate First Response Advisor

My client, a specialist and forward thinking Personal Injury law firm, are looking for several First Response Advisors to join their EL/PL and RTA department at their offices in Liverpool. The firm are willing to consider Law/LPC graduates who are looking for entry into a legal role.

The role

My client is a well-established Personal Injury law which is based in Liverpool.   

The team are seeking several First Response Advisors to join the firm due to a period of growth with existing and new clients. For this role they are keen to hear from ambitious law/LPC graduates. They are willing to be flexible on the working hours to fit around your legal studies and can offer evening and weekend working hours.

As a First response advisor your duties will involve: -

• Dealing with inbound and outbound contact with potential new clients
• Advising clients on new claims, reviewing and collating client information and documentation
• Preparing cases in readiness for claim submission
