Commercial Property Solicitor.
A six office Legal 500 firm with site across the Home Counties, Midlands and East Anglia is looking to hire a senior commercial property solicitor for their Milton Keynes office.
You will ideally be a commercial property solicitor with 5 years PQE or more who will have worked for a leading regional/national practice.
Your experience should cover landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, development work and portfolio management and you will ideally have worked for clients in the retail, industrial and office sectors. An interest and experience of business development and marketing would be advantageous, as would management of staff.
