We have recently been instructed by our client, a leading firm in the East Midlands, who are looking to hire a Conveyancer join their team in Derby. Working alongside a team of experienced Conveyancers, the role offers excellent exposure to a varied caseload and a real opportunity to progress.

About the role

In this role workflows will include:

- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- New builds
- Remortgages

About the person

The successful Conveyancer will have sound experience in handling a variety of mattes using case management systems and online search tools.

Attention to detail, the ability to integrate into a team and effective time management are all key skills required for this role.
