Description
- Advise a broad variety of clients on the structuring, establishment, on-going operation and where appropriate, dissolution of both UCITS and AIFs structures. Advise on a variety of structure and asset class types.
- Review, draft and negotiate service provider agreements to ensure they comply with all relevant legislation and Central Bank requirements as appropriate.
- Attend and present at client board meetings as appropriate.
- Keep up to date with all relevant legal and regulatory updates and update clients on relevant impact for them.
- Attend relevant industry/external events.
- Act as point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensure all queries are fully addressed.
- Assist in the mentoring of junior members of staff as appropriate.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
Profile
- Qualified Investment Funds Lawyer - 2 - 6 years' PQE
- Experience in a Top Tier Law Firm / In House Role
- Proven ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong team player but also highly self motivated.
- Commercial, adaptable, professional and ambitious
