An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a commercial paralegal to join a multi-office and Legal 500 firm at offices in North Wales, with the potential for a training contract in the future for the right candidate.
Our client is a well respected North wales based firm offering both commercial and private law services. Due to continued client wins and new work, an opportunity has now arisen for a commercial paralegal to join the non-contentious commercial team. The role will involve assisting (or fee earning depending on your level) on a range of good quality and complex commercial contracts matters and GDPR audits on behalf of a range of clients. You will also have the chance to accompany the lead solicitor in the team on business development meetings and seminars.
The ideal candidate will have experience in and familiarity with commercial contracts, ideally on a non-contentious basis albeit our client is open to considering those who have worked in commercial contract disputes.
The firm genuinely invests in the careers of its juniors, with most staff members starting at paralegal level and working up through the firm. Therefore, the firm are happy to consider a Training Contract down the line for the right candidate.
