Family Solicitor

Our client is a multi-office North West firm with a fantastic reputation for providing a high quality service to personal and business clients. An opportunity has now arisen to join their large and very successful family team, to be based from their Bolton office.

The role will involve dealing predominately with Privately funded family matters such as divorce, ancillary relief, children's matters and injunctions. Whilst predominately a private role, the department deals with care and domestic violence matters and familiarity with legal aid and CCMS is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have around 3 PQE and be able to hit the ground running with their own independent caseload, subject to supervision and support where required.
