Established for over 150 years this 2 branch law firm in Oxfordshire is looking to expand its Oxford premises.
Due to an influx of work our client are seeking an experienced Conveyancer (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) to join its busy property team.
The department will require you to have experience of dealing with both freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered land and title checking.
Transfers of equity, agricultural property, plot sales and residential development work would also be to your advantage. Recent expansion plans for the firm at their Oxford office means that for the right individual this is a very exciting time to join this busy practice.
