Job description: We are recruiting for an innovative private practice Firm, based in the North West that requires a Commercial Property Lawyer to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months with a possibility of extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Fee Earner to join the Firm on a Fixed Term basis dealing with;
- Concluding commercial property cases and leases relating to landlord and tenant issues
- Handling occasional property disputes
- Responsible for various commercial acquisitions and disposals
The ideal candidate for this job will have previous Commercial Property experience, and although desirable, a formal legal qualification is not essential and all candidates with relevant legal experience will be considered.
