Senior Associate - In-House - Litigation

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a global professional services firm for a Senior Associate to join the In-House Legal team.

The firm provides accounting and advisory services to private businesses, public interest and public sector entities. They also have a large enterprise and innovation department.

They are seeking to add an additional Senior Associate to their In-House Legal team to focus on litigation, but who is also keen to get involved in the commercial side. The role will be varied and cover a range of issues including professional liability, regulatory issues, reputational issues, professional contracts and engagements, professional indemnity insurance and risk management as well as the commercial litigation side.

As the role comes with a high level of responsibility from day 1 it is anticipated the successful Senior Associate will have at least 5 years PQE. As the matters are large and complex a Solicitor who has trained/practiced at a Magic or Silver Circle firm will have the most relevant experience, however applications are welcome from Senior Associates with extensive commercial litigation experience from any city firm.  Experience with regulatory litigation experience (FCA or ICAEW in particular) would be a distinct advantage. 

This is an ideal move for a talented Litigation Solicitor who is seeking to make the move In-House while still maintaining high quality litigation work.
