Our US law firm client are currently looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join their IT team on a permanent basis, the successful candidate will be required to respond to, investigate and resolve software and hardware problems of computer users. Duties will include serving as a Senior Technical Support Analyst for the London office, however the successful candidate must be willing to travel to global offices including the UAE and the US, acting as a point person for escalation of more critical issues and high profile users, assisting the local office leadership team and Regional IT Manager in overseeing the office technology workload and ticket queues to ensure tasks are addressed to resolution, Work Closely with other firmwide IT Techs as necessary to assist the guide them with local technical issues and take proper steps to escalate to Regional Manager or Service Desk, attending recurring meetings with other IT Personnel and/ IT Management to share knowledge and provide feedback regarding matters involving London Office IT Matters. The appropriate candidate must have prior experience working within a law firm environment. The core hours for this role are 9:00AM – 5:30PM.
