Compliance Assistant/Paralegal – Chelmsford, Essex

This is an exciting position for an experienced Legal assistant to assist an in-house department with compliance based in Chelmsford, Essex. Working closely with colleagues across the company the successful assistant/paralegal will provide business support in the operation and control of Delegated Authority Agreements and wider compliance including KYC investigations and questionnaires, assisting with business led M&A integration projects, review international licences of group companies, and quality checking various compliance central records. This is a hands-on role that will suit a compliance assistant/Paralegal that has previous experience in a similar role ideally within the insurance sector. The role will require the successful assistant/paralegal to work closely with many different teams across the company so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
