Conveyancing Paralegal.
A specialist high value residential conveyancing paralegal required for a top end Legal 100 firm in Bedfordshire.
The Luton-based firm specialises in high value property work within a thriving and well-regarded team. The firm is also progression focused and CQS accredited. If you are keen to find a role that allows genuine progression within a well ran and well-regarded firm then this may be the role for you!
You will ideally be a conveyancing paralegal with at least 12 months experience in high end, high value transactional property work within residential conveyancing matters. You will also have experience mangling a simple caseload of freehold and leasehold matters relating to sales and purchase files, transfer of equity, right to buy, etc.
You will be experienced managing a busy caseload and assisting senior fee earners or partners with their own caseloads. Additionally, you should have exposure to the full process from start to finish and be keen to find a long-term progression focused role within residential property matters.
